锰的氧化实验及动力学分析

摘    要:锰的氧化主要是Mn2+向高价态(Mn3+,Mn4+)的转变,这种转变可以通过多种方式实现,是一个复杂的反应过程.氧化实验与动力学分析结果表明,溶解的Mn2+很容易被氧化,而固态的碳酸锰相对Mn2+氧化进行得较慢;碳酸锰矿石与纯碳酸锰相比,氧化反应进行得较彻底,所得产物都是稳定的高价化合物;锰的氧化速率不仅受反应物浓度的影响,而且还受环境因素的影响;碱性条件以及非锰金属离子有利于锰的氧化.

Abstract:The oxidation of manganese is mainly the conversion of Mn~(2 ) to the high valence (Mn~(3 ) ,Mn~(4 ). This transformation has been finished in many ways, and is the complex reaction process. The results of oxidation experiments and kinetic analysis state that the dissolved Mn 2 is easily oxidized, and solid manganese carbonate oxidation is slower in comparison with Mn 2 . The oxidation reaction of manganese carbonate ore is carried out more thoroughly than that of pure manganese carbonate, and products of the former are some stable and high valence compounds. The oxidation rate of manganese is not only controlled by concentration of reactants, but also is influenced by environmental factors. The alkalic conditions and nonmanganese metallic ions are useful to manganese oxidation.
