热力学方法处理XRF数据的可行性研究

摘    要:本文探讨了用热力学方法处理XRF数据的可行性,认为用亚正规溶液模型处理二元系是可行的。对三元或三元以上体系,本文提出了一个更为实用的热力学模式——TM-3来进行处理,得到了较好的效果。本文还讨论了TM-3模式与基本参数方程之间的关系。

Abstract:The applicability in using thermodynamic methods to treat XRF data has been studied in detail, The work proved that the sub-regular solution model (SRSM) can be applied to binary system. To meet the accuracy needed for analytical work higher than binary system, it was suggested that a more practicable thermodynamic model TM-3 be used. Also, the relationship of TM-3 and fundamental parameter equations has been Studied.
