斜山坡上多层建筑结构设计及基础处理

摘    要:在斜山坡这种复杂场地上建造多层建筑时,针对结构设计难度大、基础处理困难等实际情况,讨论了场地的稳定性问题(包括建设场地的整体稳定性、局部稳定性和地基稳定性)及挡土墙的设计计算问题和基础设计过程中的不良地质处理问题,提出了处理和计算方法.在上部结构设计过程中,为了提高整体性,防止不均匀沉降造成的破坏,提出场地、地基、基础与上部结构协调设计、计算共同工作,形成多层次的空间稳定结构体系;此外,提出了协调设计和计算的方法.应用结果表明,采用的方法与措施对在斜山坡地基上进行建筑结构设计是行之有效的.

Abstract:To design buildings on the hillside is very special, for it usually faces the labyrinthine geologic formation that makes the design difficulty. This paper aims at the structure design method of multistory or high buildings on the complicated hillside. The stability of the hillside that includes the stability of whole ground, local site and foundation is the first problem that determines the feasibility of the project. The authors present the retaining walls design methods, the dispose skills of geology structure defect in foundation design, and the integration design of upper structure that avoided the destruction of building under the asymmetry decline. Based on the design practice, the concert design method of subsoil, foundation and upper structure is put forward, and the treating techniques of foundation soil are also propounded. It can serve as reference for engineering design.
