摘    要:研究了涂层烧结及热处理工艺对GH202合金基材组织性能的影响.运用电子拉伸机、扫描电镜及光学显微镜,测定了拉伸试样的力学性能,并分析了试样的显微组织和拉伸断口.试验结果表明,GH202合金在1150℃固溶处理5h后,合金表面进行高温涂层与烧结,在850℃时效6h出炉空冷,合金基体晶粒细小,均匀;强化相γ弥散分布;合金强度提高,塑性改善,拉伸断口为韧性断裂.

Abstract:The effect of coating sintering and heat trealment on the microstructures and properties of the super-alloyGH202 has been investigated. The mechanical properties are measured. The microstructures and tensile fracture havebeen analyzed. The results show that the alloy is transformed into a free grain size and the strengthening phase γ is dis-persed. After the alloy is treated at 1 150℃ for 5 h, the coating is sintered and finally the alloy is heated at 850℃ for6 h. The tensile strength and elongation are increased and its tensile fracture is ductile failure.
