| 摘 要： | 本文提出一种由行星齿轮机构,以及与系杆同轴线的单槽转盘组成的齿轮柱销机构。该机构的主要特点是主动件(系杆)匀速连续转动时,与之同轴线的从动件(单槽转盘)可实现长时间的间歇式停歇,且与主动件的转向相反。借此,可缩短转位时间,提高生产效率。 本文对该机构的运动特性,机构参数的选择等问题进行了分析、并说明了其应用范围。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a kind of gear pin progressive mechanism composed of the planetary gear mechanism and the single groove rotational disk whose shafe is in line with that of the arm The main feature of the mechanism is that the rotational of the driver (the arm) is in the opposite direction to the follower (the single groove rotational disk) . when the driver rotates constantly and continusly, the follower ceases long time; hence it shortens the time position and raises the to rotate effect of production.
The paper analyses the movement characteristic of the meehanism as mell asthe selection of the machnical element. It expaius its employmenl range. |
