| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了表面研究的新方法。它用计算机图象识别技术,对各种表面的显微图象进行图象纹理解析,所得到的纹理特征值与表面的组成、结构有关,给表面研究提供了新的表征方法。是表面分析的新途径。

by scanning electron microscope using spatial cooccunrence matries and fregu ency analysis.The features, as new information applied to surfaces research, can be interpreted in terms of physical chemistry characteristics
of surfaces. |
