摘    要:通过EVOH的磺化反应得到EVOH-g-SO3H,并采用溶液铸膜技术制备了EVOH-g-SO3H薄膜。经过浸渍-还原、离子交换等工艺将EVOH-g-SO3H薄膜制备成IPMC。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)对IPMC表面形态及横截面的形貌特征进行了表征,分析表明:经过一次浸渍-还原工艺所得到的IPMC的铂金属电极结构显示出不均匀性,电极层的厚度较小,而经过二次浸渍-还原工艺所得到的铂金属粒分布较为均匀。

Abstract:EVOH-g-SO3H membranes were prepared through the solution casting method from EVOH-g-SO3H,which was synthesized by the sulfonification of EVOH.The IPMC was prepared throughpermeation-reduction,ion exchange process.IPMC surface and cross-section morphology was characterized with scanning electronic microscope(SEM)and atomic force microscope(AFM).Analyses demonstrate that the electrode structure of IPMC obtained after first permeation-reduction is irregular;while particles of platinum disperse more uniformly and its size becomes smaller after second permeation-reduction.
