| Abstract: | In the paper, we presents a variance adding increase adaptive arithmetic, which utilizes RTP/RTCP as the protocol collecting QoS information. Be compared with constant adding arithmetic, this arithmetic is more stable. We also simulate this arithmetic, and analyze the result. |
