超微人参粉粒度及分布测定

摘    要:本文采用不同的分散技术,利用激光粒度仪、透射电镜和扫描电镜测定了超微人参粉的粒度及粒度分布,确定丙酮为分散介质,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为最佳分散剂,透射电镜为最佳测定方法。超微人参粉体粒度为31.2nm,分布区域:20—40nm,为均匀球状颗粒。

Abstract:The mechanism of agglomeration and the dispersion technology of superfine power Of Panax Ginseng was introduced. Then in kinds of dispersion condition the particle size and distribution of particle size of the superfine power Of Panax Ginseng was measured on the ultrasonic vibration and added some dispersant by the laser equipment of particle size analysis, TEM and SEM. Then we analyze the results from the experiment and look out the best condition of dispersion.
