摘    要:以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,在冰乙酸(HAc)存在下,异氰酸酯基与N,N-对二甲氨基苯甲醛(DMAB)形成有色化合物,该有色化合物的最大吸收波长为440 nm.通过对显色剂用量、体系的酸度、显色时间等影响因素的考察,建立了分光光度法测定新型密封胶中异氰酸酯基含量的定量分析方法.得到的线性回归方程为y = 0.017 6x + 0.173 7,相关系数为R2 = 0.999 3.该方法相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率为98.0%~105.7%,且具有快速、准确等特点.
