摘    要:提出了高扭矩抛物线齿同步带轮滚刀齿形的设计方法。研究了不同刀具齿形加工不同齿数带轮时,在带轮齿廓上形成误差分布规律,以及最大齿形误差随齿数的变化规律; 并研究了齿形误差在带与带轮啮合传动中的影响,为工程上合理选取刀具齿形,降低带轮齿形误差,提高可加工的带轮齿数范围,提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a design method of pulley hob with parabolic tooth shape, which is used in the high torque drive. The research expresses error distributing rule along tooth configuration of pulley with different shape hob machining pulley of variation teeth number and maximum error distributing along pulleys. At the same time the paper studies the effect of tooth configuration error in the drive between synchro-belt and pulley and provide theoreics basic, in order to choose reasonably hob tooth configuration in engineering and reduce tooth error of pulley machined and improve range of pulleys machined.
