横槽管在糖厂蒸发过程中的传热实验

摘    要:本文通过对横槽管和光滑管在糖厂蒸发系统的传热对比实验,得到横槽管的传热系数为光滑管的1.2~1.4倍,垢层比光滑管簿25%。从而为将此种管应用于蒸发罐提供了理论根据。

Abstract:This paper obtains that the heat transfer coefficient of the U-path pipe is 1.2-1.4 times as high as the smooth pipe and the scale layer of the smooth pipe is 1.25 times as thick as the U-path pipe through th vaporization test with the U-path pipe and the smooth pipe at the beet sugar making factory. And so introduce the theory base for applying U-path pipe to the evaporator.
