| 摘 要： | 根据炼油行业的实际情况，调度问题可以分为炼油生产过程、原油存储过程、成品油存储过程及成品油流通过程的优化调度。本文针对炼油企业的原油储运优化调度问题，提出了一种线性规划与启发式规则相结合的解决方案，并利用仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性和实效性。

| Abstract: | In the actual operation of oil refinery, the optimized scheduling of refining, crude oil storage, refined-oil storage and refined-oil transfer must be in consideration.This paper puts forward a scheduling scheme based on the integration of a linear scheduling and a heuristic rule. The feasibility and effect of the scheduling scheme is also proved in this paper by the emluator results. |
