| 摘 要： | 说明齐齐哈尔地区药用植物玉竹无性繁殖栽培技术——根茎繁殖方法、种植方式比较及施肥、病虫害防治等技术的实用方法。采用田间正交实验设计,考察不同根茎段萌芽特点及对产量的影响,不同行株距配置对玉竹生育及产量的影响。选用带有顶芽的根茎段做种栽无性繁殖,在齐齐哈尔地区作大田栽培,可以扩大其繁殖系数,保证栽培产量。

| Abstract: | Objective illustrating the asexual multiplication technology of medicinal plant Fragrant Solomonseal Rhizome in qiqihaer including the useful method multiplication method of rhizome,comparison of growth style and fertilization,pest control and so on.Methods making use of orthogonal experimental design in the field,to investigate the characteristic of different period of rhizome sprout and the influence to the output,the effect of different plant spacing to the growth and output of Fragrant Solomonseal Rhizome.Results choosing rhizome segments with terminal buds as asexual reproduction,as the field cultivation in qiqihaer,to increase the propagation coefficient,warrant the cultivate output.. |
