芦苇盐胁迫下渗透调节物质含量变化研究

摘    要:实验研究了盐胁迫下芦苇渗透调节物质含量的变化。结果表明,芦苇游离脯氨酸含量随胁迫时间的延长和盐浓度的升高而增加;可溶性蛋白含量随胁迫时间的延长而增加,随盐浓度的增加而降低;可溶性糖含量先升高然后随胁迫时间延长和盐浓度的增加而降低。结论:游离脯氨酸是芦苇在盐胁迫下起主要作用的渗透调节物质。

Abstract:In the paper,the content of free Pro,soluble protein and soluble carbohydrate in Phragmites australis under salt stress were studied.The result showed that with the extension of time and the increased of salt thickness,the content of free Pro was increased and the content of soluble carbohydrate was increased and then became lower,the content of soluble protein was decreased with the extension of time and the increase of salt thickness.It was showed that the free Pro contribute to osmotic adjustment under salt stress.
