| 摘 要： | 兴趣是人们力求积极和优先从事活动的心理倾向,如何提高大学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效果,已经成为每个教师所探寻的目标。通过多年在高校艺术体操教学实践过程中的研究,总结出一套行之有效的教学方法,旨在提高教学质量,为学生的终身体育打下坚实的基础。
