| 摘 要： | 交通运输的合理调度和管制日益成为社会的-个重要问题.通过智能化的车辆监控系统,操作人员只需执行其中很少的一部分命令就可以实现对车辆等移动目标的管理,从而极大地提高了移动目标的运行效率,降低了管理开支.本文设计的新型公安交通管理网站具有语音通信、自动查询、文字交谈、电子邮件、互联网电话等功能.最后对完成的网络规划设计进行了计算机仿真测试.并给出分析测试结果.
