气相色谱法测定发硒

摘    要:本文利用硒与4-硝基邻苯二胺在硫酸和高氨酸溶液中生成5-硝基-2,1,3-苯并硒二哇,且可以被萃取至甲苯中这一性质,用气相色谱法配合电子捕获检测器测定了甲苯中的5-硝基-2,1,3-苯并硒二唑,从而测定了硒的含量。该方法应用于人发中微量硒的含量测定,获得了满意的结果。

Abstract:Ths Se in hair was determinated by GC with ECD. According to the property that Se can be combined with 4--nitro-o-phenylene diamine for making out 5--nitro--2,1. 3--Se--benzimidazole which can be extracted into methyl benzene. By 5-tiro-2, 1,3-Se--benzimidazole' s testing the Se' s amount can be measured.
