| 摘 要： | 本文以SnO2 为基质材料 ,在其中掺杂了Bi2O3 及Sb2O3 利用烧结法制得陶瓷气敏材料 ,并研究了材料对CO、H2、乙醇及液化气的气敏性能 ,得出了一些具有指导意义的结论。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the adding such meted oxide: as Bi2O3and Sb2O3 in the SnO2-ceramic material by fired means. This paper also studied gas-sensing characteristics of SnO2 to CO,H2,CH3CH2OH and LP, some value data have been abstained. |
