皂甙抑菌作用的微量量热法研究

摘    要:脑海微量量热计测定了四种细菌在不同浓度的皂甙药物作用下的生长热谱图,该药物对四种细菌生长有没程度的抑制作用,按指数生长模型进行数学处理,计算出生长速率常数,确定了临界生长用药浓度。

Abstract:The bacterial growth thermograms were determined and the fungistatic action of saponin was studied by using 2277 thermal activity monitor. The growth rate constants (k) at different concentration of saponin were calculated and k-C equations were established. The critical growth concentrations of saponin have also been determined. This is a good method for sifting specific bacteria_inhibiting drugs.
