基于动态前沿生产函数的工业用水边际效益研究

摘    要:将水资源作为生产要素之一,通过基于面向输出的C^2GS^2模型与C^2R模型DEA相对有效性评价,建立工业用水及总产出值的有效前沿,分析产出的技术效率和规模效率.利用具有积性误差的Hicks中性技术进步Cobb-Douglas生产函数,通过对C^2R有效生产前沿时间序列数据COLS回归,建立工业用水的动态前沿生产函数及工业用水的动态边际效益模型.

Abstract:Regarding water resources as one of the elements of production, the efficient production frontier is built based on the DEA relative efficiency evaluation with C^2GS^2 model and C^2R model of output oriented. Technical efficiency and managerial efficiency of production are analyzed. By using the Cobb-Douglas production function with Hicks neutral technical progress and multiplication random error, the dynamic frontier production function is constructed through regression analysis of series data from the C^2R efficient production frontier. The serial modal of marginal benefit for industrial water supply are structured based on the serial data of production efficient frontier.
