| 摘 要： | 使用热活性检测仪测定了白色葡萄球菌、福氏１ａ，福氏１ｂ和福氏５ｂ四种细菌在３７℃正常条件及不同黄连浓度下的生长代谢热谱曲线。根据细菌生长的Ｍａｌｒｈｕｓ模型，计算出了各细菌在相应条件下生长速率常数及传代时间，并拟合出了黄连水剪液抑制细菌生长的临界剂量，提出了一种新的检测天然中药抗菌作用的方法。

A STUDY OF THERMOKINETIC ON ANTIBACTERIAL FUNCTIONS OF COPTIS |

| Abstract: | The growth regularity of S.albus, S. lexmeri 1a,1b ,and 5b in various density of decoction of coptis has been studied by the microcalorimetric method. The bacterial thermograms of different conditions were determined, with the 2277 thermal activity monitor. According to it,the bacterial growth rate constants and generation time were calculated.Critical consistences in which decoction of coptis restrains growth of the bacteria were draw up. |
