偏振光器件作用效果的Poincare球表示

摘    要:为更加形象直观地描述全偏光通过偏振光器件后的变换规律,以表示全偏光的Stokes矢量和表示偏振光器件的Mueller矩阵为基础,推导出了入射全偏光分别通过线偏器、旋光器和延迟器(波片)后的Stokes矢量,通过比较入射光偏振态和出射光偏振态在Poincare球上的位置关系,分析了前后偏振态的变换规律,结合数学表示和几何表示在Poincare球上清晰明确地表示出了偏振光器件的作用效果.

Abstract:To describe the change rules of polarized light via polarized light devices more visually,on the basis of the presentation of polarized light's Stokes vector and polarized light devices' Mueller matrix,the Stokes vector of incident polarized light via a linear polarization device,a polarization apparatus and a retarder(retardation sheet) have been obtained,comparing the position connection between incident polarization state and emergent polarization state on the Poincare sphere,analyze the change rules between them,polarized light devices' effect have been distinctly and definitely expressed on the Poincare sphere combining mathematic presentation and geometric presentation.
