牡丹花期花瓣生理活动的初步探讨

摘    要:研究了牡丹开花过程中花瓣组织含水量、花青素含量、呼吸速率、O2^-的产生速率、MDA含量、相对电导率等生理指标的变化。结果表明,在牡丹整个花期,上述前5项生理指标均出现两次峰值,组织含水量和呼吸速率的峰值在第1天和第2天;花青素的峰值在第2天和第4天;O2^-的峰值在第1天和第4天;MDA的峰值在第2天和第5天;相对电导率呈持续上升趋势。

Abstract:Physiological and biochemical changes about Paeonia suffruticosa's petal in blossom were investigated. It showed that there were two peak values in the changing of the contents of water, anthocyanin, O_2~-, the contents of MDA, the respiratory ratio. The peaks of the water's content and the respiratory ratio emerged in the first day and the third day; the anthocyanin's content, the second day and the fourth day the productivity of O_2~-, the first day and the fourth day; MDA's content, the second day and the fifth day. The relative electric conductivity increased still in the blossom.
