摘    要:转子断条是鼠笼型感应电动机常见故障之一,对定子电流进行信号处理,根据其中(1~2s)f1。特征频率的分量,可以方便地进行故障的诊断.但转子轻微断条或电机轻载时,转差率S很小,(1—2s)f1与f1这两个频率非常接近,用FFT做直接频谱分析时,(1—2s)f1频率分量会湮没在f1频率分量中,从而使检测(1—2s)f1频率分量是否存在变得非常困难,此外,当电机负载波动时,用FFT检测(1—2s)f1频率分量也比较困难.本文采用了基于小波包分析的感应电动机转子断条故障诊断方法,可以很好的解决上述问题,对于感应电动机断条故障的诊断,具有重要意义.

Abstract:Rotor bar fault is one of the ordinary faults in induction motors.The traditional method for the diagnosis of rotor bar fault is checking the(1-2s)f_1 component in stator current by FFT.However,when the bar is slightly opened or the motor is at no-load state,the slip s is close to zero,thus the(1-2s)f_1 component is much close to f_1.It is difficult to check the(1-2s)f_1 component.In addition,it is also difficult to obtain the(1-2s)f_1 component when the load fluctuates.In this paper,the method based on wavelet package analysis is used for rotor bar fault diagnosis.It is of significance for rotor bar faults analysis of induction motors.
