摘    要:介绍一种利用单轴晶体的双折射效应及偏光干涉原理设计的三元组合的石英晶体双折射滤光片.给出了双折射滤光片的滤光原理,并分析它的参数特性.通过实验给出了三元组合双折射滤光片的透射曲线,其透射光谱带宽较窄,次峰被抑制在10%以下.用在脉冲激光器中时,具有450nm宽调谐范围.在设计时采用了法布里玻罗来压窄线宽,达到5nm以下.

Abstract:Used birefringent effects of uniaxial crystal and the interference principle of polarized light, a birefringent filter which contained four plates of quartz crystalline is designed, and the principle of filtering and the parameters characters of birefringent are analyzed. The transmission curve of birefringent filter is given experimentally. Its transmission bandwidth is very narrow and all the sub-peaks are suppressed fewer than 10%. When used in pulsed laser, there is broad-tunable range of 450nm. The line width range is 5nm when used F-P interferometer to compress.
