摘    要:设计开发了一种新型的犁切/挤压刀具,通过滚压-犁切/挤压复合成形技术,在不锈钢管外表面加工出三维整体翅片.翅片形成分为两个过程:首先滚压出V型沟槽,然后通过犁切/挤压在V型沟槽上生成三维整体翅片.实验分析了不同滚压条件下形成的沟槽形貌,以及不同犁切/挤压条件下形成的三维整体外翅片形貌;并探讨了犁切/挤压深度、进给量对翅...
