三公用齿轮变速机构的优化设计

摘    要:本文分析研究了混合公比和转速重迭的三公用齿轮机构的各种传动方案,并提出一套优化方法与设计程序,以最小结构尺寸为目标函数,同时满足传动比的限制和啮合条件的要求。如果对优化设计的计算结果认为不够理想,还可以改变基准齿轮齿数,或者再附加约束条件,重新进行优化。设计程序中备有各种传动方案以供选择,并可根据计算结果绘制相应的优化转速图和传动图。

Abstract:This paper analyses various transmission schemes of triplecomposite gear trains with mixed transmission ratio andoverlapped speeds.An optimization strategy and program areproposed with a criterion based on minimizing the overall size ofthe gear drive.Spee dratio limitation and meshing conditions arealso considered.The number of teeth of a basic gear can bechanged or additional constraints can be added to meet differentrequirements.
