| 摘 要： | 对工程菌hbFGF/BL21(DE3)pLysS高效表达hbFGF的培养条件的研究结果表明，接种量（ψ）为5％，当培养液菌体浓度为0.8OD600时，添加0.5mmol/L诱导剂IPTG可以获得较高的hbFGF表达量，30％的溶解氧和较低的醋酸浓度有利于hbFGF的表达。

| Abstract: | The results of the study on the cultural conditions of high expression of hbFGF by recombinant Escherichia coli hbFGF/BL21(DE3)pLysS show that with inoculum quantity as 5% of the cultural medium, adding 0.5 mmol/L IPTG as revulsant to the leavening when its OD 600 reaches 0.8, higher expre_ ssion of hbFGF can be gained. 30% dissolved oxygen and lower concentration of acetate acid are conductive to hbFGF expression. |
