氮爆式液压冲击器建模与仿真

摘    要:液压冲击器是工程施工中常用设备。为研究液压冲击器的特性,有必要准确地建立其仿真模型。利用功率键合原理在AMESIM系统中搭建液压冲击器的仿真系统,能综合考虑冲击器主要特点,可快速实现对液压冲击器主要参数的计算。利用DBS500型液压冲击器现有设计参数进行仿真计算后,计算结果与实测参数之误差在6%以内,说明了所建模型的正确性和可靠性。该模型对不同系列冲击器的参数设计和特性研究提供了良好平台。

Abstract:Hydraulic hammer is one of hydraulic equipments used commonly in the engineering construction. It’s necessary to establish computer simulation model accurately during the study of hydraulic hammer. Based on the theory of power bond, a hydraulic hammer model, which takes into account including the main functions and characteristics of hydraulic hammer,has been built in AMESIM system. It can realize the calculation of main simulation parameters of the impactor quickly. A simulation shows that the error between the simulation results and test results was within 6%,according to the design parameters of DBS500 hydraulic hammer. It proved that the power bond model was correct and reliable. This model provides a good platform for the study of the parameters design and shock properties for different series hydraulic hammer.
