感应电机磁通轨迹控制法的研究

摘    要:对磁通轨迹法产生PWM波的控制规律进行理论分析,并将其用于开环控制的变频调速系统中。在基频以下为恒V/f控制,基频以上用恒功率控制,而在低频时则采用磁通补偿和零矢量分割技术进行性能改善。结果表明,对动态性能要求不高的场合,这种方法可收到满意效果。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the principles regarding the creation of PWM pulse patterns on the basis of the flux track control strategy. The authors have applied their analysis to the open loop controlled VVVF. The results show that in the open loop controlled VVVF, V/f can be automatically kept constant when it is below the primary frequency while the output power can be kept constant when it is above the primary frequency. The performance at low frequency can be improved by the flux compensation method as well as by the technique of cutting apart the zero voltage vector. Simulation results show that the performance is satisfactory.
