蜂窝梁的简化计算及其试验对比

摘    要:设计制作了三根蜂窝梁进行试验,根据所得试验数据,分析了圆孔和六边形孔两种孔型蜂窝梁的整体受力性能、截面应力分布和承载能力,发现圆孔蜂窝梁的承载能力高于六边形孔蜂窝梁.通过对简化计算理论值与实测值的对比分析,验证了简化计算的正确性.总结出了两种孔型蜂窝梁的设计计算方法.

Abstract:Three castellated beams were designed and tested. Ba sed on the obtained experimental data, the mechanical behavior, sectional stress distribution and loading capacity of the tested circular-hole and hexagon-hol e castellated beams were analyzed. It is found that the loading capacity of the circular-hole castellated beam is greater than the hexagon-hole one. Moreover, the correctness of the reduced calculation is verified by the comparison betwee n the theoretical values obtained by the reduced calculation and the tested valu es. Thus, the design methods of the two castellated beams are given.
