SiC颗粒增强铁基粉末冶金复合材料的研究

摘    要:采用粉末冶金方法制备了SiC颗粒增强铁基复合材料,考察了SiC颗粒含量与铁基粉末冶金复合材料的显微组织、相对密度、力学性能及磨损性能之间的关系,并探讨了其摩擦磨损机理。结果表明,合适的SiC含量能在基本不降低材料强度的基础上大幅度提高耐磨性能。

Abstract:SiC particulate reinforced iron matrix composites were prepared by powder metallurgy route. The influence of the SiC particulate on the microstructure of the composites were investigated. The relationship between SiC particulate contents and the relative density, mechanical properties and wear resistance of the materials were studied. And the friction and wear mechanisms were also discussed. It is found that proper SiC particulate contents can greatly improve the wear resistance while the strength and toughness are not deteriorated significantly.
