| 摘 要： | 硬系统方法论以寻优过程为特点，用以处理人造系统问题；切克兰德软系统方法论以学习过程为特点，用以处理硬人类活动系统问题，本文探讨了用以处理软人类活动系统问题的，以利益协调过程为特点的软系统方法论逻辑步骤，并对以上三种方法论进行了综合比较。

| Abstract: | Hard systems methodology is characterized by the process of optimizing and it is used to deal with man-made systems problems. Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) created by Checkland is characterized by the process of learning, with which we can handle hard Human Activity Systems (HAS) problems. This paper presents logical steps of SSM featured by the process of interests-coordinating for solving soft HAS problems. Then a comparison among the three systems methodologies is made. |
