子模型法在客车车身结构改进中的应用

摘    要:在客车车身结构有限元整体分析的基础上,对关心的区域采用子模型法重新建立模型,可以得到该区域较为准确的应力值和应力分布情况,针对整体分析中FSQ6890H右后板弹簧前吊耳销附近区域强度储备不足的情况,未改进样车在试用期右后吊耳销附近出现早期裂纹,证实整体分析的有效性,采用子模型法对该区域作进一步的精确分析,为车身结构进一步改善打下基础,以避免裂纹的出现。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the entire body structure of the bus, sub-modeling was used to analyze the special part of the bus-body,and more precise stress value and stress distribution was thus achieved. During the operation flaws appeared near the area of the right rear shackle pin of the unimproved bus, which confirmed that the analysis of the entire body structure of the bus was effective. At the same time sub-modeling was used to improve the body structure of the bus and prevent flaws from appearing near the right rear shackle pin.
