摘    要:本文采用固定床吸附法测定了三氯甲烷在三种商用活性炭床层上的吸附透过曲线,并对这三种活性炭的孔结构和比表面积进行表征,研究吸附操作条件对活性炭床层吸附三氯甲烷性能的影响,讨论活性炭孔结构对三氯甲烷吸附性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:随着三氯甲烷入口浓度的降低,活性炭床层填充高度的增加,床层吸附温度的降低,吸附透过时间增加;三种商用活性炭BET比表面积和总孔容大小顺序为:SY-9>天达>SY-16,SY-9和天达活性炭的对三氯甲烷的工作吸附容量是SY-16活性炭的1.80和1.43倍,三氯甲烷在活性炭上的吸附主要发生在微孔部分。

Fixed-bed adsorption of trichloromethane onto three kinds of activated carbons
Abstract:Breakthrough curves for trichloromethane adsorption on three kinds of commercial activated carbons in a fixed bed were measured. Pore structure and specific surface area of three activated carbons were also characterized. It was investigated that effects of operating conditions on the adsorption capacities of trichloromethane on three kinds of commercial activated carbons in a fixed bed. Influence of pore structure of activated carbons on adsorptive properties toward trichloromethane was discussed.. The results indicate that breakthrough time increase with the increment of trichloromethane inlet concentration and the loading length of fixed-bed and reduce of temperature. BET specific surface area and pore volume of three commercial activated carbons decrease in the order SY-9>Tianda>SY-16. The adsorption capacities of trichloromethane on the SY-9 and Tianda activated carbons are differently 1.80 and 1.43 times of the SY-16 activated carbons. Adsorption of trichloromethane mainly occur on the micropores of these commercial activated carbons.
