PP/硅藻土复合材料断口表面分形维数及其与冲击强度关系的研究

摘    要:应用硅烷偶联剂对硅藻土进行表面处理,并制备了PP/硅藻土复合材料,硅藻土的体积分数为0 ~ 15%。在室温条件下,测量了复合体系的冲击强度。采用投影覆盖法测算了复合体系的冲击断口表面分形维数,并考察了它与冲击强度之间的关系。结果表明,试样断口表面分形维数的测算值在2.4754 ~2.5230之间,强的相关性说明断口表面分形行为显著;断口表面分形维数与冲击强度之间大致上符合指数函数关系。

Abstract:The particle surface of diatomite was treated by silane coupling agent, and PP/diatomite composites with the volume fraction of filler range from 0 to 15% were prepared by means of melt blending. The impact strength of the composites was measured at room temperature. The impact fracture surface fractal dimensions of the composite systems were measured by means of projective-covering meathod, and the relationship between the fractal dimension and the impact strength of the composites was investigated. The results showed that the measured surface fractal dimension range of the specimens was from 2.4754 to 2.5230, and the relationship between the fractal dimension and impact strength of the composites obeyed roughly an index function.
