磁场作用下液体乙醇微尺度扩散火焰的实验研究

摘    要:通过实验研究了微尺度扩散火焰的长度、温度以及火焰稳定燃烧的流量范围随磁感应强度变化的关系。实验结果表明:对液体乙醇微尺度扩散火焰,当其在固定磁场的作用下,火焰的高度会降低,火焰的温度会有所升高,火焰稳定燃烧的流量范围扩大。这是固定磁场对火焰中没有完全燃烧的离子和离子团作用的结果。实验结果为掌握磁场对液体燃料微尺度扩散火焰的影响规律,用磁场来强化微燃烧提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:Abstract: The influent of magnetic induction intensity on length, temperature and stable flow range of liquid ethanol micro diffusion flame was investigated experimentally. The results revealed that when liquid ethanol micro diffusion flame was put in a fixed magnetic field, the flame height was reduced, the flame temperature was heightened, and the flow of stable combustion flame was extended. The reason may be that ions and ion mission in incomplete combustion flame was affected by magnetic field. The experimental results provide a useful reference for mastering the law of magnetic field affecting on liquid fuel micro diffusion flame, and using magnetic field to strengthen the micro-combustion.
