用FT—IR研究同步互穿网络形成反应动力学

摘    要:用傅立叶交换红外光谱对聚氨酯/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯)同步互穿网络(PU/PMMA—SIN)的形成过程进行跟踪研究,求出该体系中两组分的形成反应动力学参数。结果表明:该SIN中两组分网络的形成机理与单独聚合时相同,彼此在机理上互不干扰。MMA组分对PU网络的形成动力学影响不大,但PU网络形成时的放热和粘度增加,使MMA组分的聚合反应诱导期缩短,反应速率增加,自动加速现象显著提前.

Abstract:The foil mation process of polyurethane / poly (methylmethacrylate-ethaylene glycol dimethacrylate) simultaneous interpenetratingnetworks (PU/PMMA-SIN) was traced by Fourier transform infraredspectroscopy. The kinetic parameters of the formation reactions of this systemwere determined. The results indicate that the formation reaction mechanismsof the two component networks in the SIN are identical with those of theindividual networks without interference with each other. The effect of MMAcomponent on the kinetics of PU network formation is slight, but the heatand viscosity increase during the PU network formation shorten the induCtionperiod, increase the reaction rate, and make the self- acceleration appearremrkably early for the polymerization of MMA component.
