摘    要:定义了导电加热切削这一加工方式中的加热电阻的结构及其所在区域,根据加热回路的特点,提出了一种对加热电阻的精确检测方法,有效地排除了回路电感和电缆电阻等因素的影响。在此基础上通过实验研究了切削深度、进给量和切削速度对加热电阻的影响,并建立了它们和该电阻的经验公式。基于加热电阻和切削用量的关系,分析了切削用量的变化对加热功率的影响,并提出通过对加热电阻的检测来判断切削用量的变化状况,进而实现对加热电流的自动调整,并用实验进行了验证。

Abstract:The structure and zone of heating resistance in electric hot machining are defined. According to the characteristic of heating circuit, an accurate detection method for heating resistance is proposed, by which the influence of circuit inductance and cable resistance can be excluded effectively. On these bases, the influence of cutting depth, feed and cutting speed on heating resistance are studied experimentally and an experiential formula for this resistance and above three factors is also established. Based on this relationship, the influence on heating power caused by the change of cutting condition is analyzed and it’s pointed out that the variation of cutting condition can be right judged and the auto-adjustment of heating current can be realized according to the variation of heating resistance. These inferences are tested by experiment.
