| 摘 要： | 硬质合金的热电特性是其材料组织性能的宏观特征之一，不同的热电特性代表了硬质合金组织结构的差异，同时也反映了硬质合金使用性能的差别．本文分析和讨论了硬质合金刀片热电特性与磨损的关系，着重分析了ＹＴ１５硬质合金的热电势对刀片后刀面磨损的影响规律，从而证明了采用测量硬质合金刀片的热电势来预测硬质合金刀片寿命的可行性．

| Abstract: | The thermoelectric of carbide can indicate the characteristics of construction.This paper has analysised and researched the relationship between the wear and the thermoelectric potential of YT15 carbide inserts, and has also discussed the influence rules and the influence extent of the thermoelectric potential to the wear. It has been proven that it is successful to forecast the life. of carbide inserts by evaluating the thermoelectric potential carbide inserts. |
