摘    要:以国内丰富的镁资源为应用背景,借助SEM、X荧光光谱仪等现代测试手段,研究水热技术在制备高纯微细氢氧化镁中的应用,测试结果表明水热技术使氢氧化镁平均粒径明显增大,晶型发育完善,纯度提高,有助于改善氢氧化镁作为高效阻燃剂在合成材料中的分散和阻燃性能,为海水镁资源的有效利用提供了适宜的处理途径.

Abstract:With the aim of utilization of rich magnesium resources in China, magnesium hydroxide particles with high purity and small size has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. Preparation experiments were conducted in the presence or absence of hydrothermal treatment. The products were characterized by means of modem instruments as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-fluorescence analysis. The experimental results indicate that magnesium hydroxide particles with perfect morphology, larger size and higher purity were formed after hydrothermal treatment, which was favorable for the dispersion of magnesium hydroxide in composite materials. The present work provided a possible route for the efficient utilization of magnesium resources in sea water.
