摘    要:采用物理-化学分析法和扫描电子显微镜研究了木素磺酸钙(CL)和改性木素磺酸钙(GCL1)的减水增强作用,发现GCL1在水泥颗粒表面的饱和吸附量比CL增加了30%,分散性能较好同时,GCL1的表面活性好,润湿作用大;GCL1的起泡力下降,消泡时间缩短,固化水泥净浆中的有害孔隙大大减少,密实度增加,基本上消除了引气性。

Abstract:In this paper, the water_reducing and enhancing mechanism of calcium lignosulfonate (CL) and modified calcium lignosulfonate (GCL1) are studied. With the method of physical_chemical analysis and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) observation, it is found that, firstly, the saturated adsorption amount of GCL1 on cement particles is 30 percent more than that of CL; secondly, GCL1 has better dispersion property than CL; thirdly, the surface activity and wetting ability of GCL1 are stronger than those of CL; Lastly, and that the foaming ability of GCL1 drops, its defoaming time shortens, the deleterious holes in the hydrated cement decrease, the density increases, and the air_entraining ability is almost eliminated.
