摘    要:探讨了超声对无溶剂体系中固定化脂肪酶Novozym435催化废油脂转酯反应的促进作用,研究了超声功率、超声处理方式等对酶反应速度及酶操作稳定性的影响.结果表明:对酶进行适宜的超声预处理(20kHz,80W,30min)能显著提高Novozym435催化废油脂转酯反应的速度;经超声预处理的Novozym435有良好的操作稳定性,反应10批次后.酶活下降甚微.

Abstract:Aiming at the Novozym 435-catalyzed transesterification of waste oil in a solvent-free system under ultrasonic irradiation, the effects of ultrasonic power and radiation mode on the reaction rate and the operation stability were investigated. It is found that the reaction rate of Novozym 435-catalyzed transesterification of waste oil is remarkably accelerated by pretreatment of enzyme with ultrasonic irradiation at 20 kHz, 80 W for 30 min, and that Novozym 435 pretreated with ultrasonic irradiation is of good operation stability because its activity weakens little even after 10 batch operations.
