摘    要:摘 要: 进行了四个薄壁设肋方钢管混凝土柱非摩擦型穿心高强螺栓抗剪性能的试验研究,变化的主要参数是钢管上螺栓孔的直径、是否隔离栓杆与混凝土之间的粘结力以及栓杆中是否施加预拉力等。试验表明此种连接能够可靠的传递作用在螺栓上的剪力。对试验结果进行了详细的分析,建立了穿心高强螺栓的计算模型;并根据可能出现的破坏模式,提出了穿心高强螺栓抗剪承载力的计算公式。

Shear Behavior of High-strength Bolts Penetrated through Concrete-filled Thin-walled Steel Tubular Column with Ribs
Abstract:Abstract:In order to investigate the shear behavior of the high-strength bolt penetrated the concrete-filled thin-walled steel tubular column with ribs in non-slip critical connections, four specimens have been tested. The variables are the diameter of the bolt holes on the steel tube, whether or not to isolate the bonding force between the concrete and the bolt shank and whether or not to prestress the bolt. The experimental results indicate that this kind of connection is capable of transferring the shear force applied to the bolts reliably. On the basis of thorough analysis of the test results, the calculating model for the penetrated high-strength bolt is set up, and the formulae calculating the shear resistance of the bots are put forward in terms of the possible failure modes.
