水力旋流器内油水分离过程的三维数值模拟

摘    要:由于计算模型的局限性,目前对水力旋流器内两相湍流的模拟计算仅限于来流分散相浓度低于10%(体积分数,下同)的情况.文中利用Fluent软件,将多相流欧拉分析方法与各向异性的雷诺应力湍流模型相结合,实现了水力旋流器内油水分离过程的三维数值模拟并预测了分离效率.该模拟可用于来流分散相浓度超过10%、湍流具有各向异性的一般广义情形,展示了油水两相由开始的均相来流逐渐在旋流器内分离、聚合、迁移的过程.实测结果验证了文中对旋流器分离性能预测的正确性.

Abstract:The numerical simulation of the two-phase turbulent flow in a hydrocyclone is generally carried out for the phase with a concentration less than 10%(volume fraction) due to the limit of simulation models.To solve this problem,this paper develops a 3D numerical simulation of the oil-water separation in a hydrocyclone by using the Fluent software and by combining the Eulerian multiphase-flow model with the anisotropic Reynolds-stress turbulence model,thus evaluating the corresponding separation efficiency.The proposed method can be applied to the simulation concerning the phase with a concentration over 10% and with an anisotropic turbulent flow.It can also expose the separation,aggregation and shift of the homogeneous oil and water flow in a hydrocyclone.The correctness of the evaluated separation efficiency is finally verified by the measurement results.
