冲击压实技术在修复旧水泥砼路面工程中的应用

摘    要:通过非圆形轮冲击压实机械首次在修复旧水泥砼路面工程中用于打碎旧面板,稳固路基路面的工程实例,分析冲击压实机理及压实效果。结果表明,使用该机械可有效地打破并夯实旧水泥砼路面,消除原有水泥砼面板由于脱空所产生的额外竖向变形,使面板与基层紧密结合,进而提高基层顶面的当量回弹模量。尤其在旧面板下基层或土基不太稳定但含水量较适宜的情况下综合效果更好。

Abstract:For the first time, impact compactor with polygon roller for breaking up and compacting old cement concrete pavement slab in rehabilitating engineering of old cement concrete pavement. This paper takes this site application as an example and discusses the compaction mechanism and effect of the Compactor. The results show that the Impact Compactor is effective for breaking up and compacting the old slab. Consequently additional vertical displacement arisen from the old slab that was separated from road base before would be settled down and modulus of resilience for the base course top was improved. Especially, the all-around effect of the Compactor would be better when the road base is unstable but its moisture content is adequate.
