摘    要:以城市快速路为例,指出由于一些原因其存在着交通需求大于交通供给,以致出现交通拥堵现象。提出解决此问题的措施是考虑入口匝道处车辆对城市快速路优先使用权的需求,给出了面向需求的定义。在此基础上提出了面向交通需求的入口匝道控制策略,即在交通高峰期让等级较高的车辆优先进入城市快速路,并研究了面向交通需求的城市快速环形路段算法,给出算例。把交通管理措施运用到入口匝道控制上,通过限制等级较低的车辆进入,高效地利用了道路的使用权。

Abstract:Urban Expressway as an example, some of the reasons of its existence as a result of the traffic demand was greater than the traffic supply resulting in the phenomenon of traffic jams were pointed out. Propose measures to resolve this problem was to consider the vehicle priority needs of on-ramp for Urban Expressway, given the demand-oriented definition. Based on the traffic demand for the entrance ramp control strategy was developed, that is, vehicles with higher priority were permited into the Urban Expressway when traffic was at its peak in the hierarchy and a demand-oriented algorithm for urban expressways circle sections was studied to develope calculation example. The traffic management measures were applied to on-ramp control and efficient use of the right to use roads was obtained by restricting vehicles from entering the lower grades.
