摘    要:研究了8-羟基喹琳螫合钴、乙酰丙酮钴、环烷酸钴和Manobond680C对天然橡胶与镀铜钢丝帘线粘合的影响。研究表明,活性大的乙酰丙酮钴最能提高老化前及热氧老化后的粘合强度(分别为25%,30%),而稳定性较大的8-羟基喹琳钴能提高体系的动态耐蒸汽老化性能(约20%)粘合物钢丝帘线侧的X-射线光电子能谱分析表明:粘合的形成是由于界面上生成的硫化物膜与橡胶分子链相互渗透、吸附所致;粘合的下降是由于腐蚀介质浸蚀,在界面上生成薄弱的氢氧化物所致。

Abstract:The effects of cobalt 8 - hydroxyquiline, cobalt acetylacetone,cobalt naphthenate and Manobond 680C on the adhesion of natural rubber tobrass -plated steel cord are studied in this work. Results show that cobaltacetylacetone, which is highly chemically reactive, improves the adhesive strengthbefore and after thermal ageing(app. 20% and 35% correspondingly),8 - hydroxyquiline gives good bond strength after steam ageing(app. 20%).Analysis of interface of rubber-brass -plated steel cord show that adhesion isformed due to physical adsorption and interpenetratoin between sulfidesand rubber molecules. Corrosion media infusion and formation weak hydroxyfilm of Zn(OH)2 are the major reasons to cause the decrease in the adhesivestrength of rubber to brass -platedsteel cord.
