磨料流加工壁面滑动特性的研究

摘    要:对磨料流加工存在的壁面滑动现象进行了研究,研究结果表明:磨料平均速度存在着临界值,在高于平均速度时存在壁面滑动现象,同时壁滑速度随磨料平均速度增加而增大,磨料粘度升高,会使监界值平均速度减小,而壁滑速度增加的程度却增大,存在壁滑是实现磨料流加工的前提条件,磨料载体内加入润滑剂有利于生产壁滑,但过分的润滑会降低磨料游流的加工效果,因此,对某一加工条件,润滑剂的含量应有一最优值。

Abstract:The phenomenon of wall sliding in AFM(Abrasive Flow Machining) is investigated in this paper. Results of investigation show that a critical value of mean velocity of abrasive used in AFM must exist. When the mean velocity of abrasive is higher than this critical value, wall sliding will appear. Meanwhile, with the increase of the mean velocity of abrasive, the wall sliding velocity will increase. The increase of abrasive viscosity will lead to a decrease of the critical value, but the increase gradiant of the sliding velocity will also increase. So long as wall sliding exists there will be AFM. Adding some lubricant in the carrier of abrasive will be favorable for causing wall sliding, but excessive lubrication will reduce the polishing effect. Consequently, there should be a optimum value of lubricant content for certain AFM condition.
